Question 1

What appears in the shop?

Accepted Answer

Only jewelry listings published by the LuizaLuLu shop owner can be purchased. The bead-scoop offer is separate; its bead-color key, price, and shipping fee appear on its page when the owner has published the terms.

Question 2

How do I choose an option?

Accepted Answer

If a listing has options, choose one on its product page. The price shown for that saved option is used when checkout starts.

Question 3

What do I need to check out?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to an account with a verified email, enter delivery details, and continue to the shop’s hosted payment checkout. The purchase is marked paid only after the matching payment is verified.

Question 4

Why does checkout ask for delivery details?

Accepted Answer

The delivery details you enter are saved with the purchase for the shop owner. The bead-scoop page shows its owner-set shipping fee before checkout; shipping timing and return terms are not stated here.

Question 5

What if payment confirmation is pending?

Accepted Answer

A pending or failed verification is not a confirmed purchase. You can retry the status check, or return to the shop and try checkout again if the payment was not completed.

Question 6

What if a listing is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

A listing that is withdrawn, incomplete, or no longer published cannot be purchased. Return to the shop to browse the listings currently available.
